Ticket Sale News: Glentoran v Linfield

We are pleased to announce that tickets for our home Danske Bank Premiership fixture against Linfield will be available for purchase online from 9.30pm today (Thursday) at  glentoran.com/tickets

Ticket sales are online. A very small number of tickets will be made available for purchase at the Glentoran Superstore. These will be largely concession tickets to facilitate some of our older supporters who may not have internet access.

Important Supporter Update: Big Two match 31st August

Match tickets for the first “Big Two” match of the season will go on sale online shortly. The ticket only match will be at the Oval on Tuesday 31st August (kick off 7.45pm).

The Oval will not be at full capacity for the match. However our Security Manager has been working very closely with the relevant authorities to enable us to maximise allowable attendance levels at this game. To do so we need supporters to adhere to the following essential requirements:

Servette 1-0 Glentoran Women

Despite losing an early goal to a strong Swiss outfit, Glentoran Women put in an excellent performance in Finland today, losing by that solitary goal in the group semi final of the UEFA Women's Champions League this afternoon.

Jade Boho put Servette ahead in the first minute but Glentoran repelled more pressure before Joely Andrews went close to levelling before the break.

As the Irish Premiership champions pressed higher up the pitch, they unsettled Servette in the second half.

But despite several promising moments, the Glens could not get on terms.

Glens touch down in Finland

The Glentoran Women squad touched down in Finland yesterday ahead of today's UEFA Women's Champions League tie with Servette. Don't forget today's game will be streamed live at 12 noon HERE on the YouTube page of Aland United, the host team.

Glenmen Stride the Stadia

 Glenmen  Gareth Brown and Chris Kirk left the Oval yesterday morning for the start of their Stride the Stadia challenge, that will see them walk a 210 mile route around every Irish Premier League ground over five days, starting and ending with their own beloved Oval. They will return on Saturday, in time for our final pore season friendly, at jhome to Crusaders

The partnership will see Dale Farm provide our players with complementary protein milk throughout the season for consumption at training sessions and on matchday. The club is very grateful to Dale Farm for this generosity, and we look forward to working closely with the Dale Farm team this new season and well beyond

This exciting new development gives the fans the chance to test their football knowledge and see if they can replicate the success of the Glens’ boss Mick McDermott in selecting the ultimate Irish League team against other fans.
