Glentoran Women have discovered their group-stage opponents for the 2025 Avenir Sports All-Island Cup, following today’s highly anticipated draw.
The Glens have been placed in Group D, where they will take on Waterford, Treaty United, and Athlone Town as they look to make their mark on this prestigious cross-border competition.
Bringing together the top teams from the Sports Direct Women’s Premiership and the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division, the Avenir Sports All-Island Cup provides a highly competitive platform for Glentoran Women to test themselves against elite opposition from across Ireland.
The group stage kicks off on the weekend of April 27, with three crucial fixtures determining who advances to the knockout rounds:
- Matchday 1 – Week ending April 27
- Matchday 2 – Week ending May 25
- Matchday 3 – Week ending June 8
- Quarter-Finals – Week ending July 6
- Semi-Finals – Week ending July 27
- Final – Week ending August 31 (Broadcast live on TG4)
