Glentoran Women hit six goals without reply past Mid Ulster Ladies at the Mid-Ulster Sports Complex.
Caragh Hamilton got the Glens off to the perfect start when she ran onto a through ball to round keeper Lilie Crooks and slot into the bottom right corner.
The visitors doubled their advantage midway through the first half when a scramble in the box from a corner ended with Nadene Caldwell turning the ball home.
Demi Vance struck the woodwork a short time later but it took two Kerry Beattie finishes early in the second half to settle the game as a contest.
The 20-year-old made it 3-0 on 48 minutes with a great strike before, ten minutes after that, she collected the ball outside the area before beating Crooks with a low, driven effort.
Vance extended Glentoran's lead with around a quarter-of-an-hour remaining before substitute Samantha Kelly wrapped things up six minutes after that with her first since returning from a serious injury.
