Glens Winter Festival

We are on the search for 3 Glentoran fans to be Boxing Day mascots! The draw will work slightly differently this year, to enter your child you must purchase a ballot for the Christmas appeal hamper. Ballots are £2 each and you gain 1 entry per ballot. You can enter as many times as you like. We are sure supporters will help in contributing to this cause, all monies raised will go to the Glentoran Christmas appeal 2021. Details of the hamper are below.
The 3 mascots will be drawn at random during the draw for the hamper winner on 17th December.
Jay Donnelly continued his clean sweep of Glentoran Player of the Month awards for 2021-2022 by winning the November vote, his third in succession.
Jay continued his rich vein of form with three goals in six games as the Glens banked thirteen league points out of fifteen in our second successive unbeaten month in the Danske Bank Premiership.
Runner up was Seanan Clucas with Patrick McClean third in the supporters' vote.
Well done Jay ...... again!

Glentoran were missing Aaron McCarey, Hrvoje Plum and Gael Bigirimana from last week's squad and with Elliott Morris also unavailable, Kai Beck was on the bench as back up to Ross Glendinning.

Beth Stafford and Joe Burns’ clever cover montage of Jay Donnelly leads us into another 40-page Glentoran Gazette which queries a lopsided Danske Bank Premiership fixture list and makes a plea not to ditch Boxing Day games in the event of a season change. Mick McDermott tells us he is glad to see the game going ahead after a difficult week because of a Covid scare. Norman Ternahan has a personal message for the injured Luke McCullough while our man in Paris sports a jersey to make Messi, Neymar and Mbappe jealous.
Saturday's match will be streamed live by GlensTV with Performa Sports for those unable to make it to the Bet McLean Oval.
The stream will cost £10 and will be available online at the following site from our own bespoke club page:
